Data stored on your device
Hilo stores your progress, games, streaks, preferences, purchase state, notification settings, and other data needed for the app to work on your device.
This data is stored locally using system technologies such as SwiftData, UserDefaults, and Keychain. Ogam Labs does not receive the content of your local games unless a future feature clearly says so.
Analytics
Hilo uses TelemetryDeck to understand general app usage and improve the product. We may record events such as screen openings, paywall interactions, completed purchases, restores, or flow errors.
Analytics are configured for aggregate use without IDFA. We do not request Apple App Tracking Transparency permission.
Ads and consent
Hilo may show rewarded ads to unlock hints and interstitial ads at limited moments in the game. Ads are served through Google AdMob.
Where required, Google User Messaging Platform may show a consent form or let you manage privacy choices. If consent does not allow personalized ads, the app should continue with limited options or non-personalized ads when available.
Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store. Ogam Labs does not receive or store full payment details. The app may store purchase state to enable Pro features and may send aggregate purchase events to analytics.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, Hilo uses system notifications to alert you. You can turn them off in the app or in your device settings.

- Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform for ads and consent.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, uninstall the app, or the system removes it. For questions about data handled by Ogam Labs or its providers, contact soporte@ogamlabs.com.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app, providers, or applicable rules change. The current version will be published on this page.
